Role Description

The Mission: To identify industrial pain points and pitch RadiumXR's bespoke services as the ultimate solution for ROI-driven training and simulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consultative Sales: Navigate the Industry 4.0 landscape to find companies in Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Aviation, and Logistics that need specialized XR training.
  • Proposal Engineering: Work with our technical team to draft custom project scopes, ensuring our solutions align with client KPIs (e.g., reducing training time by 30%).
  • Strategic Networking: Build a robust pipeline of Enterprise-level decision-makers and Procurement heads.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industrial trends to suggest new custom service offerings for the RadiumXR portfolio.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in B2B Industrial Sales, Enterprise Software, or Tech Services.
  • A proven track record of closing high-ticket service contracts.
  • The ability to translate Technical XR into Business Value.
