Client Success Associate AI Consulting

TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.

Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.

We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

We are looking for a Client Success Associate to help clients stay informed, supported and confident throughout their work with TailorFlow AI.

You will coordinate communication, understand client priorities and help ensure that delivered solutions create lasting value.

• Build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders.
• Coordinate regular updates, feedback and follow-up actions.
• Understand adoption challenges and help resolve issues with delivery teams.
• Track commitments, outcomes and opportunities for additional value.
• Prepare client communications, meeting materials and success summaries.
• Support smooth transitions from implementation into ongoing use.

• One to four years of experience in client success, account management, consulting or project delivery.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisation and reliable follow-through.
• Ability to understand business needs and coordinate practical responses.
• Interest in technology and AI-enabled transformation.
• A positive, proactive and ownership-oriented attitude.

• Experience with international B2B or enterprise clients.
• Exposure to software implementation or professional services.
• Experience managing several client relationships or workstreams.
