Responsibilities

  • Client Communication and Requirements Gathering: Interact with clients to understand their specific needs, objectives, and constraints.
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop, Coordinate, and Monitor project Implementation.
  • Software Configuration and Customization: Customize software features and functionalities to align with clients business processes and workflows.
  • Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training sessions to clients end-users on how to effectively use the software.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing: Collaborate with QA teams to identify and address any defects or bugs discovered during the implementation process.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of the product to facilitate effective client onboarding and support processes.
  • Handle the in-house ticketing system for client concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Clear communication with the tech team to address reported bugs and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Work closely with product development teams to prioritize and implement enhancements based on feedback and industry trends.
  • Work with Senior Implementation Specialists and across teams to implement and Support Ongoing projects.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms.
  • 2-5 years of experience in software implementation, configuration, integration, or technical support.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and calm handling of challenging situations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using any software service (mandatory).
  • Experience with MySQL (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or related field, equivalent experience/certifications.
  • Diverse technical background and familiarity with implementation/support environments.
