Role Overview
The Vice President Client Solutions will be responsible for leading regional business development initiatives, driving client engagement, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role requires deep knowledge of the commercial real estate and property markets, strong client relationships, and proven expertise in interior fitout/project sales. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring delivery of seamless solutions aligned with client expectations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in sales/business development, with proven exposure to commercial real estate or interior fit-out industry.
Strong market connects and network within the regional commercial property market.
Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong business acumen with ability to engage CXO-level clients.
Dedication to delivering superior customer service and client satisfaction.
