Client Solutions Strategist - Ecommerce Growth (Ahmedabad Residents Only)

Location: Ahmedabad | Full-time

We're looking for a smart, curious and client-centric Client Solutions Strategist who understands how ecommerce brands grow across DTC and marketplaces.

You'll work closely with our DTC and Marketplace teams to understand a brand's business, identify growth challenges and build the right ecommerce solutions for them.

• Lead exploratory conversations with ecommerce brands and understand their business, challenges and growth opportunities.
• Work with our DTC & Marketplace specialists to develop relevant strategies and solutions.
• Translate client requirements into clear proposals and growth plans.
• Build strong relationships with founders, marketing and ecommerce teams.
• Stay sharp on ecommerce trends, platforms and evolving growth opportunities.
  

• 2–4 years of exposure to ecommerce, DTC, marketplaces, digital marketing or consumer brands.
• Working understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Amazon Ads/AMS, Meta Ads, Google Ads and Shopify.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions, connect the dots and think commercially.
• High ownership, curiosity and learning agility.
• Someone hungry to learn from specialists and quickly build depth across ecommerce.

You don't need to be an expert in everything.

We're looking for someone who can understand a brand → diagnose the problem → collaborate with specialists → build the right solution → help create business outcomes.
