Role : Client Solutions Partner (AWS)

Years of Experience : 7-14 Years

Location : Mumbai/Bangalore

Must Have Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in supporting or managing enterprise workloads on cloud or AWS (Data Warehouse, data modeling, ETL, application modernization, infrastructure migration etc.)
  • 4+ years of experience in the AWS cloud environment.
  • Ability to lead client discussions for business case understanding, client's digital landscape blueprinting, use case discovery & presentations
  • Ability to support the entire sales cycle from ideating, identifying transformation themes, business case justification, deal structuring, proposal/SOW creation & estimations
  • In depth knowledge & experience of handling pre-sales or go-to-market motions for enterprise scale initiatives such as- cloud adoption, digital transformation, legacy modernization and corresponding design patterns, solution themes, challenges
  • In depth knowledge & experience of working with commercial models such as fixed fee, staff augmentation, T&M
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and implement solutions
  • In depth working knowledge of supporting sales teams with technical use case deep dive, project scoping and estimations
  • Ability to independently ideate & design enterprise architectures on AWS, based on client requirements

Good To Have Skills

  • Basic understanding of AWS funding programs, criteria & applicability
  • Experience with industry-specific use cases for migration, modernization, data & analytics and application workloads
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, GCP), enterprise scale applications (SAP, Salesforce, Workday) and market leading data tech stacks (Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Hadoop)
  • Familiarity with basic AI/ML concepts and how they relate to enterprise workloads
  • Familiarity with cloud financial operations (FinOps) and optimization lever
  • Exposure to partner ecosystem alignment (AWS Partner Network, ISVs, MSPs)
  • Experience leading design & development teams for building proof-of-concepts, pilots, microsolutions aligned to customer outcomes
  • Experience handling marketing motions such as campaigns, branding, product level marketing
  • Hands on experience in different AWS native tech stacks, ability to identify best fit architectural patterns based on use cases
  • AWS certification(s) is a plus
