Job description:

This is a full-time remote role for a Client Servicing Trainee. The Client Servicing Trainee will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. The role involves regular communication with clients, understanding their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The Client Servicing Trainee will also collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients

• Communicate with clients regularly regarding projects and requirements

• Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery

• Conduct client meetings and discussions through video calls

• Address client queries and resolve issues effectively

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication

• Ensure a positive client experience and long-term relationships

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Client Servicing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable with client video calls and remote communication
• Experience with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
