Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Client Servicing - Senior Manager. The role involves developing strong client relationships, understanding client objectives, and managing end-to-end project execution to ensure exceptional service delivery. Responsibilities include overseeing event planning, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, managing budgets effectively, and contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities for additional services. The Senior Manager will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and delivering world-class event experiences to clients.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Client Services, with the ability to confidently build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in ensuring high levels of Client Satisfaction through project delivery and handling client feedback with professionalism.
  • Knowledge of Finance and budget management to ensure optimal allocation of event resources and adherence to financial goals.
  • An understanding of event management and project coordination, with a focus on delivering innovative and high-quality results.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Educational background in Events Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant professional experience in event management or client servicing roles, especially within corporate events or activations.
