Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing professional, located in South Delhi. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns, and maintaining effective communication to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
• Basic understanding or experience in Finance
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the marketing/advertising industry is a plus
