Job Description

Whizz HR is hiring for a Client Servicing Manager in Pune:

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to deliver projects on time
  • Maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Handle client queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and client updates
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention
