Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Servicing Manager to manage day-to-day client communication and coordinate with internal creative, digital, and strategy teams. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of campaigns, timely delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Understand client briefs and convert them into clear internal requirements
- Coordinate with creative, social media, performance marketing, and design teams
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of campaigns and projects
- Prepare campaign plans, timelines, and status reports for clients
- Manage client feedback and ensure revisions are implemented accurately
- Track project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines
- Handle client calls, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Build long-term client relationships and support account growth
- Assist seniors in pitching, proposals, and new business discussions
