Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Client Servicing / Account Management professional to manage day-to-day client interactions and ensure smooth delivery of services. The role requires strong coordination skills, proactive communication, and the ability to handle multiple stakeholders while meeting tight timelines.
This position is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in client servicing, account management, or customer relationship roles, who can join immediately and work from Jaipur.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations clearly
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Creative, Technical) to ensure seamless execution
- Prepare and share proposals, presentations, and reports
- Manage ongoing client communication via emails, calls, and meetings
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and as agreed
- Handle client concerns and escalations professionally
- Monitor service quality and suggest process or service improvements
- Maintain accurate client documentation and records
- Support account growth through upselling or cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

- 58 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or customer-facing roles
