Role Overview
We are looking for a Group Solutions Manager Client Servicing (OTT Operations) to lead a high-volume, execution-driven account for a leading OTT platform.
This role is focused on delivery governance, stakeholder management, workflow control, and commercial ownership, requiring strong operational discipline over strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the OTT client across marketing, content, and operations teams
- Lead regular status calls, reporting, and escalation management
- Ensure seamless communication between client and internal teams
Operations & Delivery Governance
- Own end-to-end execution across multiple campaigns and show launches
- Manage timelines, approvals, trackers, and SLAs to ensure error-free delivery
- Coordinate across Creative, Media, Production, and Tech teams
- Drive process efficiency and workflow improvements
Commercial & Documentation Ownership
- Manage estimates, scope tracking, invoicing, and collections
- Maintain documentation, approvals, and audit-ready records
- Ensure strong scope control to protect account margins
What We're Looking For
- 6-9 years of experience in client servicing within digital/integrated agencies
- Experience managing high-volume / fast-paced accounts (media or entertainment preferred)
- Strong operations and process-driven mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, high-pressure environments
