Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Client Servicing Manager will manage day-to-day relationships with clients, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure that project expectations and deliverables are clearly communicated and met. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to execute AEO and Reddit marketing campaigns, tracking project timelines, and preparing regular performance reports and reviews. The role involves proactive communication to understand client goals, address issues, and maintain high levels of satisfaction. The Client Servicing Manager will also contribute to strategic planning, identify opportunities to grow accounts, and support new business pitches and presentations as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing multiple accounts or projects.
• Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving, and relationship building.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or agency environments; familiarity with AI, social platforms, or community marketing is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mumbai, organize workloads effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with comfort using dashboards, reports, and productivity tools to track project performance.
