Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Servicing Manager (Nutrition) role based in Noida. The Client Servicing Manager will manage end-to-end client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for athletes, fitness professionals, healthcare partners, and distributors. Responsibilities include understanding client requirements, suggesting appropriate Steadfast Nutrition products, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. The role involves monitoring client satisfaction, gathering feedback, and collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve service quality and tailor solutions. The Manager will also support client onboarding, conduct periodic review meetings, prepare service reports, and contribute to initiatives that enhance the overall client experience in the sports nutrition and wellness domain.
Qualifications
- Strong client-focused skills, including Client Services and Client Relations, with experience managing ongoing partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service excellence through proactive follow-up and problem-solving.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain nutrition products and concepts clearly and confidently.
- Background or strong interest in nutrition, sports science, wellness, or pharmaceuticals; experience in sports nutrition or healthcare is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
- Proven organizational, time-management, and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; ability to analyze client data and prepare reports.
