An Enabler for revenue teams to sell IPs to brands and position the IP product's USPs & TG to achieve their marketing objectives.
The client servicing Manager's responsibilities include
Internal-
- Identifying the right brands for the specific IP Product Category and make pitch lists.
- Identify the interest statements and integrations of the brands with the product and approach revenue teams and align pitches to the brands
- Liaison with revenue team to fix client meetings & Brewery for Product integrations and execution team for ensuring client deliveries.
- Collaborating with the relevant departments to better address client needs.
- Provide regular pitch updates to higher management.
- Liaison with execution team for flawless execution of the client deliverables.
- Make Post evaluation decks and PODs for billing
- Help the Revenue & Finance teams with final booking of business.
- Handle PNLs along with PRHs and ensure bookings and coordination for Radio & Digital for the said PNL
- Liaison with the respective Product head and create IPs according to the market sensibilities and demands.
- Build annual client plans mapped to IP calendar
- Ensure yield optimization (no underpricing, no free value leakage) + share report plan vs actual sales
- Post eval client deck with yield updates:

ü Photo proof.
ü Testimonials of targeted users
ü Post eval deck within 7 days of completion of events
External
- Prepare for client meetings with updated decks and Avs
- Focus on target achievement with focused selling and execution of your respective product
- Align with closed clients for complete servicing of the deliverables on the respective products.
- Take Feedback from clients for your respective IPs.
- Upselling company products where possible. You should also be able to identify new business opportunities through client referrals & revenue team coordination (good to have for experienced CSMs)
