Client Servicing Manager

Magnon Group is hiring for a Client Servicing Professional – Digital Advertising (with experience handling creative mandates), who will be a part of an in-house creative lab for one of our global client. This team has a Creative pod and Execution pod managing both origination and adapts of assets across Digital, Print, Social, E-commerce, videos and 3D.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly from the client's office in Mumbai, managing key relationships and delivering impactful brand experiences for a leading FMCG client.

Please note: This is not a media, marketing, or programmatic role.

What We're Looking For:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital advertising agencies

• Prior experience in handling FMCG brands

• Proven track record of managing end-to-end client delivery and handling creative mandates.

• Strong understanding of digital trends, integrated campaigns, and business growth strategies

• A collaborative mindset to work with multiple stakeholders and support the Managing Director in driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
