Role Overview

The Client Servicing Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are understood, documented, and executed by the internal teams. The role demands excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, along with a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and ensure services are delivered as promised.
  • Draft proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Key Skills & Competencies
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation and proposal-writing ability.
  • Project management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Previous experience in event management, advertising, or hospitality industry.
