Client Servicing Manager Corporate Events

Role Overview
As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring the seamless execution of corporate events. Your role encompasses understanding client needs, coordinating event logistics, managing budgets, and delivering exceptional experiences that align with client objectives.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Identify and liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources for events.
Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
Post-Event Analysis & Reporting: Gather client feedback, analyse event performance, and prepare reports to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with design, production, and operations teams
Act as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events
Oversee event planning, execution, and post-event follow-ups
Basic Requirements & Skills
Experience & Expectations
2+ years of experience in a similar profile
Should have an interest in building a career in the corporate event industry.
