Job Description

Location: Kurla, Mumbai

Department: Client Servicing / Account Management

Experience Required: 48 years (preferably in healthcare, pharma, or wellness agencies)

Role Overview:

The Client Servicing Manager will act as the primary point of contact between the agency and healthcare clients (pharma brands, hospitals, wellness companies). This role involves managing client relationships, understanding brand objectives, and ensuring seamless execution of campaigns and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
  • Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
  • Understand client needs, brand strategies, and business goals

Account Management

  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns
  • Oversee budgets, invoicing, and account profitability

Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate with creative, content, medical, and digital teams
  • Ensure all deliverables comply with healthcare regulations and guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimizations

Strategic Planning

  • Contribute to brand and communication strategies
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Support new business pitches and proposals

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (pharma/healthcare advertising norms)
  • Maintain accuracy in medical communication in coordination with medical teams

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent project management and multitasking abilities
  • Understanding of healthcare/pharma marketing regulations
  • Ability to translate complex medical information into client-friendly communication
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, pharma, or medical communications agency
