Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate end-to-end event requirements. The role involves understanding client briefs, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, ensuring smooth event execution, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event lifecycle.
• Understand client requirements, objectives, budgets, and event expectations.
• Prepare and share event proposals, presentations, quotations, and timelines.
• Coordinate with creative, production, operations, design, and vendor teams.
• Manage event schedules, deliverables, budgets, and client approvals.
• Coordinate logistics such as venues, décor, branding, hospitality, AV, entertainment, and manpower.
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide timely project updates.
• Ensure all client requirements are accurately communicated to the execution team.
• Attend and supervise events to ensure smooth on-ground execution.
• Handle last-minute changes and resolve client/vendor issues efficiently.
• Prepare post-event reports, feedback, and closure documentation.
• Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business.

• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; knowledge of presentation tools is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when events require.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in event management, advertising, experiential marketing, hospitality, or client servicing is preferred.
