Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Servicing Manager, based in Noida with some work-from-home flexibility. The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing project execution, addressing client inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance value for clients through customized solutions. The role demands active collaboration with internal teams to meet client expectations and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in client servicing, account management, or business consulting—specifically within a market research firm.
  • Expertise in Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex client challenges with a proactive approach
  • Prior experience in analytics, research, or consulting industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications
