Client Servicing Manager - Digital Marketing

As a Client Servicing Manager - Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing client projects. You will act as a main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating communication, and delivering strategic marketing solutions designed to meet their objectives. This is a full-time remote role that requires effective collaboration with internal teams to ensure client goals are met successfully.

• Strong Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Exceptional Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
• Proficiency in Customer Service practices and maintaining a customer-centric approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
• Proven ability to analyze client needs and deliver tailored marketing solutions
• Knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Previous experience in client servicing within the digital marketing domain is preferred
