Client Servicing Manager

Convomax is a Nagpur-based digital marketing agency working with clients across India, the US, the UK and Australia in real estate, e-commerce, healthcare, industrial B2B, hospitality, education and home services.

We are hiring a Client Service Manager to own the relationship between our clients and our delivery teams. You will be the person clients call first, the one who turns their goals into clear briefs, and the one who makes sure performance campaigns, creative and web work land on time and on target.

Location - Nagpur, Maharashtra (in-office)

What you'll do

• Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries and markets
• Run onboarding, weekly check-ins, monthly performance reviews and quarterly planning with each client
• Translate client objectives into clear briefs for the performance, creative and web teams
• Review Google Ads and Meta Ads performance, spot issues early and present insights and recommendations clients can act on
• Track deliverables across teams and make sure every campaign, creative and web milestone ships on deadline
• Handle escalations calmly, set expectations honestly and keep clients informed at every stage
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support renewals
• Travel for client meetings, pitches and reviews when required

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client-facing role at a digital marketing agency
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English; comfortable presenting to marketing heads
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads: campaign structure, metrics, reporting and optimisation levers
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver under tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and reviews
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes
