Client Servicing Manager

Looking for a Dynamic Client Servicing Specialist(brand solutions) to join the ranks of a known Design Agency in Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities:

● Understand the client's requirements, expectations, and goals. Conduct research to gain insights into their industry, competitors, and target audience.

● Act as the main point of contact between the client and the organisation. Maintain clear and open communication channels to address questions, concerns, and feedback promptly.

● Lead all presentations for projects allocated, for existing and new clients

● Identify opportunities to offer additional services or products to clients that align with their needs and goals. This can help increase revenue and strengthen the client relationship.

● Provide clients with regular reports and updates on the performance of their projects or services. Use data and analysis to demonstrate the value delivered.

Job Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

● Brand solutions or Client Servicing role experience with 3 years with a digital agency/design/advertising/market research company, preferably

● A good understanding of design, market research and content is preferred

● Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
