Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic client servicing professional to lead the planning,
strategy, and execution of brand event management projects. This role combines creative marketing
acumen with operational excellence, ensuring seamless event delivery and impactful brand
experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and
hands-on experience managing large-scale events from concept to completion.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategy & Planning
Campaign Development: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for
each event to drive brand awareness, engagement, and attendance across multiple
channels.
Content & Communication: Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners to
produce compelling event materials—digital ads, social content, and collateral—aligned with
brand messaging and objectives.
Audience Engagement: Identify and segment target audiences to craft personalized
outreach campaigns that maximize participation and engagement.
Brand Activation: Ensure creative and consistent brand representation at all events,
translating marketing goals into impactful on-ground experiences.
2. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential prospects across relevant industries to build a strong new-
business pipeline.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and industry scans to discover high-potential
client opportunities.
3. Proposal Development & Storytelling
Develop compelling pitch decks, proposals, and capability presentations tailored to the
client's business needs.
Translate client briefs into clear solutions with structured narratives, strategy outlines, and
value propositions.
4. Client Needs Assessment
Engage with prospective clients to understand their goals, challenges, and budget
requirements.
Conduct discovery calls, requirement-gathering sessions, and brief-deep-dives to position
the organisation's services effectively.
5. Pitch Presentation & Conversion
Deliver high-impact pitch presentations to CXOs, marketing teams, and senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, strategy, tech, operations, finance) to co-create
customised solutions.
Drive pitch closures by addressing client concerns, negotiating terms, and steering the
process to conversion.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Work closely with internal departments to ensure accurate scoping, feasibility planning, and
costing for all pitches.
Ensure seamless coordination for RFP responses, tender submissions, and large-scale pitch
presentations.
6. Relationship Building & Networking
Build strong relationships with potential clients through proactive communication, follow-
ups, and networking opportunities.
Represent the organisation at industry events to generate business leads and strengthen
market presence.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: : 10+ years of experience in the Event Industry with preference for managing
Govt. related events, with at least 6 to 8 years in a leadership role.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively, with
strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Sales Acumen: Strong business development skills; driving sales and business growth in a
competitive market.
Customer Focus: Deep understanding of customer needs, with excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
Operational Efficiency: Knowledge of operational procedures and ability to streamline
processes for improved performance.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address operational issues, client complaints, and business
challenges quickly and effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and best practices
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using software's, AI & other relevant tools.
