Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Should have relevant experience in Client Servicing in an event management company for a minimum of 2 year.
  • Understand requirements and details of each event. Understand clients needs and wants
  • Meet with clients and coordinate with them regularly
  • Excellent at making presentations.
  • Should be able to create pitch winning presentations and coordinate as a central resource with Creative and Operations for various inputs.
  • Carefully oversee event happenings

Job Specifications:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in Event Management in the Client Servicing function
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company's success
  • Degree in Event Management or relevant field is preferred
