Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Client Servicing professional, located in Sarita Vihar. The candidate will serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering strategic solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing client accounts, overseeing project timelines, maintaining open lines of communication, coordinating with internal teams, and driving project goals to completion. A successful candidate will proactively build and nurture client relationships while ensuring alignment with client objectives and company priorities.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management, account handling, and exceptional interpersonal skills
• Project management, ability to manage deadlines, and strong organizational skills
• Good communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in account management or client servicing
