Job Role:Client Servicing / Liaison Executive to manage and strengthen relationships with key clients.

The role involves ensuring client satisfaction through timely delivery of insights and reports, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Post Graduate in Journalism, Public Relations or related field or any other field
• 36 years of experience in client servicing preferably in the domain of PR, Media, Advertising or digital agency
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Good presentation skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to client engagement and retention
