Job Description:
Role: Client Servicing Intern
Education: BMM (Bachelor's in Mass Media) / Advertising
Industry: Advertising & Media / Digital / Design
Location: Saki Naka, Mumbai, Maharashtra
Work Mode: On-site
Experience: Freshers / Students with relevant interest are welcome
Duration: 6 Months
Full-Time Opportunity: Based on performance during the internship and business requirements, successful interns may be offered a full-time position with Mio Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Client Servicing team in managing day-to-day client communication.
- Coordinate with Creative, Design, Media, Technology, and Production teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes of meetings (MoMs), presentations, and campaign reports.
- Track project timelines and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and delivery across digital platforms.
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to support client recommendations.
- Learn and understand digital marketing services, campaign workflows, and agency processes.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for digital campaigns.
Required Skills
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Media, Advertising, or a related field.
