Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage and service GMC clients, acting as a trusted claims and product expert. The role involves driving client engagement through insights, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring seamless servicing across claims, underwriting, and broker interactions. Candidates with prior experience in Brokers or TPAs will be preferred.

  • Manage and service GMC clients, acting as a claims and product expert
  • Conduct client meetings to explain GMC products, coverage, and claims processes
  • Partner with sales teams during pitches, renewals, and client interactions
  • Support business retention and acquisition through strong client engagement
  • Analyze claims data and present insights, trends, and utilization reports to clients
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution
  • Coordinate with Brokers, underwriting, and internal teams for seamless servicing
  • Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and analytics-led discussions
  • Monitor claims performance and recommend improvement actions
