Budget Management: Ensure that event proposals align with the client's budget, and
manage any financial considerations throughout the event planning process.
Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates
on event progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients after events to assess
satisfaction levels and gather insights for future improvements.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and
client preferences to enhance service quality and identify new business
Opportunities.
