Client Servicing Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to join our advertising agency team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating with internal creative teams, and ensuring the timely execution of campaigns and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Understand client briefs, requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, production, and other internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Prepare and share briefs, presentations, proposals, status reports, and campaign updates.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure timely execution.
• Follow up with internal teams and clients on pending requirements and feedback.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations when required.
• Understand campaign objectives and communicate client feedback effectively to the internal teams.
• Assist in developing ideas and solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Monitor project budgets and assist with billing/invoicing coordination where required.
• Stay updated on advertising, digital marketing, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management, preferably within an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of advertising and campaign execution processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work with tight deadlines.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and presentation tools.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Candidates with experience handling BFSI, lifestyle, real estate, fashion, or corporate clients will be preferred.
