At Tattvasrishti Studios, we are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can build meaningful client relationships, drive business growth, and become an integral part of a fast-evolving creative ecosystem.

This is a front-facing role at the intersection of creativity and business, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understanding creative needs, and shaping real projects.

We have begun building our core Client Servicing team, and are now expanding this function with individuals who want to grow with us long-term.

Tattvasrishti Studios is a fast-growing creative studio working across professional photography, filmmaking, and creative education. We specialize in 15+ photography domains, including fashion, portraits, pre-wedding, and commercial work, and have received national and international recognition for our photography.

Our ecosystem combines:

• Photography Studio

• Film Production House

• Photography & Filmmaking Academy

We are currently launching a 4000 sq ft premium creative studio space in Bangalore:

• 3000 sq ft indoor studio (2nd floor)

• 1000 sq ft rooftop creative space (3rd floor)

Prime Location:

Above Manyavar showroom

Opposite Fashion Factory Mall

Near Kamakya Theatre

100 feet Ring road, Banashankari 6th Block, 3rd Phase, 3rd Stage, Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with walk-in and existing clients

• Identify and develop new B2B and B2C partnerships

• Understand client requirements and translate them into creative briefs

• Coordinate closely with internal photography and production teams

• Drive networking, outreach, and client acquisition initiatives

• Represent the studio professionally in all client interactions

Work Structure

• Standard working hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Additional evening shift (6:00 PM – 8:30 PM) on a rotational basis within the team

• Weekend shifts are part of the role, managed through a shared rotational roster

• Any additional time worked is compensated through time-off or adjusted working days

Requirements

• Background in Communications, Marketing, Business, Media, or related fields

• Bachelor's degree (BA, BBA, BMM, etc.) preferred

• MBA is an added advantage

• 1+ year of experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills

• Multilingual ability is a plus

• Confident, proactive, and people-oriented personality

• Strong relationship-building and networking ability

Salary & Growth

Starting Salary: 4,5 to 6 LPA

We believe in rewarding performance and growth:

Quarterly increments: 10% – 25% based on performance

High-growth trajectory with potential to reach 1,00,000+ per month within 12 months

Exceptional candidates with strong experience and leadership potential may be considered for leadership roles within the Client Services function as Head - Client Services & Communications.
