We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Servicing / Marketing Executive with prior advertising or digital agency experience to join our team in Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, client handling experience, and the ability to coordinate with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with creative, digital, and production teams.
- Handle campaign execution across digital and mainline advertising platforms.
- Prepare client briefs, presentations, reports, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and marketing activities.
- Coordinate for social media campaigns, branding activities, and promotional plans.
- Support business development and client acquisition activities when required.
- Maintain campaign timelines, approvals, and status updates.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in an advertising agency / digital marketing agency.
- Good understanding of branding, advertising, and digital marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and reporting.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in client servicing, account management, or marketing coordination.
- Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign execution.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
