Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Client-Servicing Executive with prior creative agency experience to join our team. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive brand satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned FMCG brands, handling all day-to-day communications
• Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets
• Provide proactive updates and problem-solve issues to maintain satisfaction
• Ensure expectations are clearly communicated and met, managing scope and timelines effectively
• Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clients
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business

Qualifications:

• Prior experience (1-2 years) working in a client servicing role within an agency environment (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies)
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi & English
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practices
