We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive to support client relationships and ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of contact for assigned client accounts and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Design, and Development to ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
- Understand client briefs and communicate requirements effectively to internal teams.
- Track project progress and follow up with teams to ensure deliverables are completed within timelines.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports and assist in presenting campaign performance updates to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, review calls, and follow-up discussions.
- Ensure client queries, requests, and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Assist in campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and client communication records.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and client engagement.
Desired Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Client Servicing, Account Management, or Digital Marketing Agency operations.
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing, including SEO, PPC, Social Media, and Online Reputation Management.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Good project coordination and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience handling hospitality, travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce clients.
- Strong client communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
