Client Servicing Executive

Goldmine Advertising is on a lookout for a Client Servicing Executive.

Position Summary:

The required candidate will be utilised to execute the day-to-day operational works for various accounts as and when needed.

Job Requirements:

-Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities.

-Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy with strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail.

-Content Ideation: Research and create engaging content that reflects the brand's identity and messaging.

-Team Collaboration: Work with creative teams to brainstorm and develop innovative content ideas.

Qualifications:

-Expertise in Client Servicing.

-Adept at addressing and resolving client concerns efficiently.

-Graduates or post-graduates in Marketing, preferably in Advertising or Communications

Experience:

-2-2.5 years of experience in advertising agency.

- Experience working on integrated campaigns across digital and social media

- Experience in managing multiple projects, deadlines, and deliverables.

- Having a good understanding of industries such as BFSI, Energy, and Retail.
