KeyResponsibilities:
ClientManagement: Actastheprimarypointofcontactforclients,understandingtheirneedsandensuringthedeliveryof solutionsthatmeettheirexpectations. Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithclients,offeringcontinuoussupportandensuringclient satisfactionthroughouttheprojectlifecycle.
ProjectDelivery:
Managetheend-to-endexecutionofexhibitionsandeventprojects,fromplanningtofinaldelivery. Coordinatewithinternalteams(design,production,logistics)andexternalvendorstoensuretimely andefficientdelivery. Ensurethatallprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinscope,andwithinbudget.
Coordination&Communication: Liaisewithdesigners,productionteams,andexternalsupplierstoensurealignmentwithclient requirements. Provideclientswithregularprojectupdates,reports,andstatusupdates. Conductpost eventfeedbacksessionstoidentifyareasofimprovementandensurecontinuous enhancementofclientservices.
QualityControl: Overseethequalitycontrolofalldeliverablestoensurethattheymeetthecompany'sandclient's standards. Conductsitevisitsandon-sitemanagementforexhibitionswhennecessary.
EssentialRequirements:
Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,Marketing,EventManagement,orarelated field.
Minimum6monthsofexperienceinexhibitions,events,orprojectmanagement,withafocus onclientdelivery.
Strongcommunication,presentation,andinterpersonalskills.
Excellentprojectmanagementandorganizationalabilities.
Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectsandprioritizeeffectivelyinafast-pacedenvironment.
ProficiencyinMSOffice(Word,Excel,PowerPoint).
Knowledgeofexhibitionandeventproductionprocessesisaplus.
Abilitytotravelandbepresenton-siteduringexhibitionsoreventsasrequired.
