DottSocial is a full-service digital marketing and design agency working with brands across social media, performance marketing, content, design, and AI-powered messaging (DottChat). We're known for senior-level attention on every account and an AI-first approach to agency work.
Role Summary
We're hiring a sharp, organised Client Servicing Executive to be the day-to-day face of DottSocial for a portfolio of brands. You'll own client communication, coordinate delivery across our internal teams, and grow into a key account growth driver over the next 12-18 months.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Retention
- Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients across email, calls, and WhatsApp
- Understand each client's business, brand voice, and category to give relevant inputs
- Run monthly review meetings, share performance reports, and flag risks early
- Build trust that translates into long-term retention
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Translate client briefs into clear, actionable tasks on Zoho Projects for design, content, social, and ads teams
- Coordinate with internal team members to ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
- Quality-check deliverables before they reach the client
- Track timelines, manage approvals, and keep both client and team unblocked
Growth Support
- Spot gaps and opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., adding paid ads, SEO, DottChat, video)
- Support the founder/seniors in building scope-expansion proposals and pitches
- Contribute to quarterly account growth targets
- Sit in on new business pitches to learn and assist
What We're Looking For
- MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Communications, or related specialisation
- Minimum 1 year of work experience — agency, brand marketing, or client-facing role preferred (internships during MBA count if substantial)
- Strong written and spoken English; Hindi/Gujarati a plus
- Comfortable juggling multiple active clients without dropping balls
- Working knowledge of social media platforms, basic paid ads concepts, and content/design workflows
- Familiarity with project management tools (Zoho, ClickUp, Asana, Trello)
- Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and a clear communicator
- High ownership mindset — agency life rewards people who chase, not wait
Nice to Have
- Internship or first-job exposure to a digital marketing agency
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or analytics dashboards
- Understanding of WhatsApp Business / conversational marketing
- Experience with D2C, real estate, or B2B SaaS brands
