Expectations:
Individuals with 1-2 years of experience working in a digital/integrated creative agency with hands-on experience implementing digital marketing campaigns across channels and platforms.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning & executing digital strategies for brands.
- Day-to-day client coordination to understand the communication needs of brands/businesses.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align communication requirements.
- Work closely with the creative team & digital marketing partners for seamless execution of digital plans.
- Manage social media activities and engagement.
- Analyse the effectiveness of digital campaigns using available data and propose optimization strategies for better performance.
- Monitor and report campaign performance on existing digital/social channels against set KPIs to track brand growth.
- Stay updated with emerging trends in digital technology and media.
Desired Skills & Experience
- A digital enthusiast with a solid understanding of all existing and emerging digital channels and brand communication.
- Prior experience in delivering social media campaigns, display/banner ads, mobile marketing, search and websites.
- Familiarity with web analytics and associated tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal).
