Role Overview

The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for resolving client escalations, ensuring smooth campaign execution, and maintaining strong client relationships. You'll collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding results that fuel client satisfaction and business growth. This role requires managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously, ensuring each receives dedicated attention, timely updates, and effective marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Servicing & Communication

  • Act as a point of contact for client queries and ensure smooth communication.
  • Manage client relationships and address escalations promptly.
  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle 20+ client accounts efficiently while ensuring quality delivery.

2. Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor digital campaigns with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with creative, media buying, and web development teams to deliver on time and within budget.
  • Track campaign performance and recommend strategic optimizations.

3. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital strategies aligned with client goals.
  • Propose innovative digital solutions to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital trends and marketing best practices.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze campaign data using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients.
  • Present findings and suggest data-driven improvements.

5. Project Coordination

  • Coordinate internal resources to meet project deliverables.
  • Create and maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and resource allocation efficiently.

Requirements

  • 2+ yr years of experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing 20+ client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads).
  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
