Responsible for managing servicing accounts independently.
Specialized in developing and nurturing productive client relationships
Identify key decision makers, clients or prospects risks needs and determines the services
Retains and expands existing client relationships.
Responsible for preparing proposals for client presentations and participate in group
presentations.
Assisting clients in case of a claim.
Sound knowledge of report generation related to client activities.
Highly experienced with all facets of client relations
Requirements And Skills
Bachelor's degree & 3+ years proven experience in a client servicing role.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written and a successful track record
with client-focused interactions
Highly motivated and ability to effectively communicate with customers.
Broking license certificate issued by national insurance academy.
Knowledge of IRDA / Govt regulations pertaining to Insurance Industry.
Good communication and analytical skills.
