Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvananthapuram for a Client Servicing Director. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and representing the company during client interactions. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining strong partnerships, resolving client concerns, collaborating with internal teams, ensuring service quality, and identifying new business opportunities. The chosen candidate will also oversee client accounts and align services with client priorities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Client Services and Customer Service to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong verbal and written Communication skills to effectively convey ideas and resolve client inquiries in Malayalam and English
• Experience in Customer Satisfaction with proven ability to understand and meet client needs
• Basic knowledge of Finance to align client goals with realistic budgeting and financial frameworks
• Proven leadership skills, ability to guide and grow a team
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines
• Experience in managing client accounts for tech or service-oriented companies is a plus
• 5-10 Years of agency experience are mandatory
• Relocating to Trivandrum mandatory
