ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Client Servicing + Creative Executive with a background or strong interest in film, editing, content, or visual storytelling.
This is not a pure creative or desk-only role.
The role combines client servicing, wedding-day coordination, and creative support in storytelling and post-production.
You will be present on wedding floors and also contribute creatively off-floor.
This is a field-intensive role and involves hectic wedding days, long hours, and hands-on ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Servicing
- Act as a point of contact for assigned clients
- Assist in collecting event details and preferences
- Coordinate information between clients and internal teams
- Support basic client communication and follow-ups
Wedding Day / Floor Responsibilities
- Be present on wedding days
- Assist with timelines and coordination
- Support client handling and vendor communication
- Ensure smooth execution on-ground
Creative & Storytelling Support
- Assist in creating moodboards and visual references
- Help in shortlisting strong moments from footage
- Support in shaping story flow for wedding films
- Share creative inputs for reels and content ideas
Post-Shoot Support
- Organize footage and references
- Assist editors with story notes
- Help in content extraction and curation
PREFERRED BACKGROUND
- Film / Editing / Media / Content Creation / Visual Communication / Film School
- Some exposure to weddings or film production preferred
- Freshers with strong interest in storytelling and visuals can apply
- BMS GRADS with relevant skill set.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Interest in films, visuals and storytelling
- Basic understanding of editing / content workflows
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with Google Sheets / basic Excel
- Good verbal & written communication
- Calm under pressure
IMPORTANT NOTE
- This is not a pure creative or desk-only role
- On-floor creativity is limited; major creative work happens during post-production
- This role also involves client servicing, coordination and execution
- Involves long working hours on wedding days
- Enjoys field work more than desk-only work
