Client Servicing (Asst. Manager) Events & Experiential Marketing

The role (CS Assistant Manager)

You will be the dedicated owner of our key client accounts — managing relationships, leading project execution, and driving revenue growth across experiential campaigns. This is a client-facing, leadership role with P&L ownership.

This role is exclusively for professionals with agency-side experience in events, experiential marketing, or brand activations. Profiles from advertising, digital marketing, branding, or brand-side marketing will not be considered.

What you'll own-

End-to-end key account relationships — you are the single point of contact for your clients

Project execution from client brief through on-ground delivery

P&L, budget management, and revenue forecasting for assigned accounts

Upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals

Coordination across creative, production, and vendor teams

What we're looking for-

4–6 years in client servicing, specifically within an events or experiential agency (not brand-side, not advertising)

Proven track record independently managing high-value clients and multi-format campaigns

Strong project management — comfortable running multiple activations simultaneously

Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) in daily workflow

Bachelor's in Marketing, Event Management, Business, or Communications — MBA preferred
