Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and creative individual who can manage client relationships while also supporting marketing activities. This role requires strong communication, coordination, and a good understanding of digital marketing and creative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Understand client requirements and brief internal teams clearly
- Coordinate with design, video, and marketing teams
- Ensure timely delivery of projects
- Handle client feedback and revisions
- Build and maintain client relationships
Marketing:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Manage social media platforms and content
- Assist in lead generation activities
- Conduct market research and track trends
- Monitor campaign performance and reports
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing
- Good coordination and multitasking ability
- Creative thinking and problem-solving
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing or client servicing
- Agency experience is a plus
