Client Servicing & Project Manager

We are looking for a smart, presentable, and proactive Client Servicing professional who can independently manage clients, lead projects, and contribute to business growth from Day 1.

If you have worked with experiential marketing agencies, event companies, BTL activations, brand activations, retail marketing, or integrated marketing campaigns, we'd love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and build long-term relationships.

• Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable campaign plans.

• Develop presentations, proposals, budgets, and costing sheets for client pitches.

• Coordinate with creative, production, operations, and vendor teams to ensure seamless project execution.

• Manage ATL, BTL, experiential, retail, and on-ground marketing projects from briefing to closure.

• Lead client meetings, present ideas confidently, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction across projects.

• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for account growth.

What We're Looking For:

✔ 2.5 – 5 years of experience in an Experiential Marketing Agency, Event Management Company, Activation Agency, or Integrated Marketing Agency.

✔ Strong client servicing and account management experience.

✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

✔ Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Excel, budgeting, and project planning.

✔ Exposure to corporate events, activations, retail marketing, exhibitions, partner meets, or brand launches.

✔ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

✔ Candidates from reputed agencies with exposure to leading brands will be preferred.

✔ Self-driven professionals who can quickly adapt, take ownership, and deliver with minimal supervision.
