About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive / Client Servicing Executive with 0–3 years of experience in an advertising, digital, creative, media or martech agency.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to manage projects, support campaigns, coordinate execution and contribute to brand-building initiatives.

Agency experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships.
• Understand client briefs, requirements and business objectives.
• Coordinate with creative, social media, media, technology and other internal teams.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and follow-ups.
• Support digital and social media campaigns across platforms.
• Assist with campaign reporting, presentations and data analysis.
• Conduct market, consumer and competitor research.
• Contribute ideas for campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve problems.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely execution.
  

What We're Looking For

• 0–3 years of experience in an agency is mandatory.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat & WhatsApp Marketing.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• Ability to create clear and visually appealing presentations.
• Strong communication, coordination and client-handling skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Business-minded with an interest in building brands.
• Comfortable working with AI, technology, data and digital platforms.
• Team player with a strong sense of ownership.
