Client Services Specialist - Efx/FX

My client is seeking a Client Services Specialist - Efx/FX to join there team in pune . The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our Efx/FX products and services. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the FX market, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Efx/FX products and services.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide clients with information on market trends, pricing, and product features.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Assist in the onboarding process of new clients, providing training and support as needed.
• Monitor client accounts and report on performance, trends, and potential issues.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on service offerings and updates.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-10 years of experience in client services, preferably in financial services or trading environments.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange (FX) and electronic trading platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
